About Brant

From the time I was ten years old pumping up in the basement with my 25 pound, red, plastic, cement-filled barbell set, and continuing all the way through four years of college football, I sought out ways to improve muscular function and athletic performance.

At age 48, I’m still at it today – And thanks to Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) and Posturology I’m pain free and have never felt better. As a certified MAT specialist and Posturology practitioner, I strive to give my clients access and control over their muscular systems so they can move and feel better than they ever thought possible. Once we’ve established this muscular control and stability together we’ll choose the ideal exercises for you so you can get the body you want.
