With my knowledge of the muscular system and body mechanics I’m able to prescribe the appropriate exercise to help you reach your fitness goals safely.

The reality is that all forms of exercise are simply force applied to the body. No exercise system is inherently good or bad for you. Whether it’s yoga, Pilates, tennis or running the question is this; can your body handle the force that a specific type of exercise is dishing out? With 23 years of personal training experience and cutting edge diagnostic and therapeutic systems at my disposal I’m in the unique position to understand what type of exercise your body needs to improve. The end result is that together we can overcome your current physical limitations and safely enhance your physical function so you can achieve the body you want.
